In previous versions of STAAD.Pro, the configuration file would often be overwritten. The current version you are installing adds user-writable files such as this configuration file to the user profile application data folder. Therefore, any settings changes you make will persist. The configuration file is now located at \Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Bentley\Engineering\STAAD.Pro 2023\Default\ StaadPro23.00.02.ini .
